Eric Bergin, Managing Member
Mr. Bergin formed 3E in 2016. Prior to 3E, Eric was Director at Rockpoint Group, where he was responsible for the Finance Group, as well as acquisitions, asset management, and investor reporting activities. Prior to Rockpoint, he was an associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he had responsibilities in the financial advisory services group. Mr. Bergin graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2001.

Henry Jenet, Senior Fund Analyst
Henry Jenet graduated from Quinnipiac University with both a Bachelor of Finance, as well as a Master of Business Administration. Prior to joining the 3E Team in 2022, Henry worked in the Treasury Department at HedgeServ Corporation, and interned with the New York City Police Department.
Zachary Nahas, Senior Fund Analyst
Zachary Nahas graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economics. He also holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Pepperdine University. Prior to joining the 3E team in 2022, Zach worked for IQEQ providing compliance services and helping alternative investment advisers launch and form private funds. He also has experience in investment and retirement planning from TIAA.

Alex Le, Senior Financial Analyst
Alex Le graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Music and joined 3E Management in 2022. Prior to joining 3E full time, Mr. Le interned at 3E focusing on historical deal analysis and fund management. Prior to working at 3E, he interned at Cape Rock Capital where he assisted in the firm’s first acquisition.

Ariana Wyatt, Accounting Manager
Ariana Wyatt graduated from Texas State University, San Marcos with a BBA in Management. Prior to joining 3E in 2023, Mrs. Wyatt worked at MOR Drilling, where she had accounting/human resources responsibilities including monthly financial reporting, AR, AP, reconciliation of accounts, onboarding, and implementing policies and procedures.
