Eric Bergin, Managing Member
Mr. Bergin formed 3E in 2016. Prior to 3E, Eric was Director at Rockpoint Group, where he was responsible for the Finance Group, as well as acquisitions, asset management, and investor reporting activities. Prior to Rockpoint, he was an associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he had responsibilities in the financial advisory services group. Mr. Bergin graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2001.

Vickie Dell,
Fund Controller
Vickie Dell graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a BA in Business Administration. Prior to joining 3E in 2022, Ms. Dell worked at ATOS where she had accounting responsibilities including budgeting, forecasting, audit support, monthly financial reporting, AR, AP, and operations support. Prior to ATOS, Ms. Dell held controller positions at Clarion Partners and Rockpoint Group where she was responsible for preparing financial statements, audit work papers, cash management, investor questionnaires, and led teams of assistant controllers/senior accountants/accounts payable staff.
Kavan Sheth, Accounting Analyst
Mr. Sheth joined 3E Management in 2025. Prior to joining 3E Management, Kavan was an Accounts Manager at Sanskar Management Professionals, where he specialized in preparing MIS reports, cash flow budgets, financial statements, and ratio analyses for the hospitality industry. Before that, he served as a Senior Executive at Zydex Industries Pvt. Ltd., managing financial reporting, book reconciliation, and statutory compliances. Mr. Sheth holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from M.S. University of Baroda and has completed CA Final (Group 2) and SFM (Group 1) qualifications, he will sit for the CPA Exam in August 2025.

Henry Jenet, Senior Fund Analyst
Henry Jenet graduated from Quinnipiac University with both a Bachelor of Finance, as well as a Master of Business Administration. Prior to joining the 3E Team in 2022, Henry worked in the Treasury Department at HedgeServ Corporation, and interned with the New York City Police Department.
Zachary Nahas, Senior Fund Analyst
Zachary Nahas graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economics. He also holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Pepperdine University. Prior to joining the 3E team in 2022, Zach worked for IQEQ providing compliance services and helping alternative investment advisers launch and form private funds. He also has experience in investment and retirement planning from TIAA.
Andrew Golding, Fund Analyst
Andrew Golding graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Finance and Management. Prior to joining 3E in 2023, he worked as an Associate at Maxim Group, a full-service investment bank based in NYC and Miami, FL.

Brittany Martin, Vice President
Brittany Martin graduated from University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Finance and a minor in Actuarial Science. Prior to joining the 3E team in 2018, Ms. Martin interned with Hannover Re as a Financial Reporting Analyst.
Benaisha Karkaria, Senior Financial Analyst
Benaisha Karkaria graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a minor in Music Industry Practices. Prior to joining 3E Management in 2022, Ms. Karkaria interned at reAlpha where she analyzed potential new acquisitions and conducted target market analysis. Prior to working at reAlpha, she worked at Thakkar Developers building financial models and making investor update decks.
Alex Le, Senior Financial Analyst
Alex Le graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Music and joined 3E Management in 2022. Prior to joining 3E full time, Mr. Le interned at 3E focusing on historical deal analysis and fund management. Prior to working at 3E, he interned at Cape Rock Capital where he assisted in the firm’s first acquisition.
Spencer Apel, Financial Analyst
Spencer Apel graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a major in Finance and a minor in Accounting before joining 3E Management in 2024. Prior to 3E, Mr. Apel spent the last three years as an analyst in the JP Morgan Asset & Wealth Management program in Dallas, a division specializing in the holistic wealth management of institutional type families and organizations. As a financial analyst at 3E, Spencer now focuses on the creation of real estate models across a variety of asset types.
Shaily Patil, Financial Analyst
Shaily Patil holds a Master of Real Estate with a Finance major from Cornell University. Before joining 3E in 2024, she worked as an acquisition analyst on the real estate private equity team at Investcorp, a global investment manager in New York City. Prior to that, she interned at ACRES Capital, a commercial mortgage lender, where she assisted with financial modeling and due diligence.

Pavan Chaurasia, Sr. Full-Stack Developer
Mr. Chaurasia joined 3E Management in 2025. Prior to joining 3E Management, Pavan was a Sr. Full-Stack Developer at The Bombay Group, where he developed advanced data extraction models using machine learning tools and optimized application performance through scalable database operations. Before his role at The Bombay Group, he served as a Software Engineer L2 at Confiance Business Solutions Inc., leading the development of a comprehensive accounting web application and integrating advanced APIs for data automation and transaction management. Mr. Chaurasia holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Applications.
Milan Thakur, Full-Stack JavaScript Developer
Mr. Thakur joined 3E Management in 2025. Prior to joining 3E Management, Milan was a Full-Stack JavaScript Developer at The Bombay Group, where he developed robust APIs, implemented secure payment gateways, and enhanced application performance and scalability. Before his role at The Bombay Group, he was a JavaScript Developer at Office 24 Hours, where he specialized in developing scalable RESTful APIs, integrating APIs with front-end components, and optimizing application performance. Mr. Thakur holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering.

Giovanna Hnath, Marketing Manager
Giovanna Hnath graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. Prior to joining 3E full time in 2021, Ms. Hnath interned at 3E as a Senior Marketing Strategy and Development Intern developing new marketing strategies and working on paid media. She also worked at MarketScale as a Publications Intern creating podcasts and other original content.

Ariana Wyatt, Accounting Manager
Ariana Wyatt graduated from Texas State University, San Marcos with a BBA in Management. Prior to joining 3E in 2023, Mrs. Wyatt worked at MOR Drilling, where she had accounting/human resources responsibilities including monthly financial reporting, AR, AP, reconciliation of accounts, onboarding, and implementing policies and procedures.
