Our investment-level waterfall services allow the Asset Manager to focus on the sale of the asset and not on the highly technical and complex legal documents related to waterfalls. It also limits potential conflict with JV Partners by saying the waterfalls are certified by an independent third-party. Additionally, it gives confidence that the distributions are calculated correctly.
