Founded in 2016 by Eric Bergin, a former Director at Rockpoint Group, the firm was built to deliver institutional-quality financial services to emerging and mid-market sponsors without the cost of a full in-house team.We operate as an embedded extension of our clients' deal teams. Our Team
Eric Bergin, Managing Member
Eric founded 3E Management in 2016 after 12 years as a Director at Rockpoint Group, a top-10 global private equity real estate firm, where he led the Finance Group and oversaw acquisitions, asset management, and investor reporting. Prior to Rockpoint, Eric was an associate in PricewaterhouseCoopers' financial advisory services group. He graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2001.
Eric remains directly involved in every client engagement - reviewing models, leading investor discussions, and ensuring institutional-quality standards across all deliverables. He also oversees the firm's analyst training program, recruiting, and the development of 3E's capital raise advisory practice. With over 25 years in PE real estate and $26 billion in transaction experience, clients engage 3E knowing that Eric's expertise is embedded in the work - not delegated away from it.
Brittany Martin, Director
Brittany graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration — Finance and a minor in Actuarial Science. She joined 3E in 2018 and leads client delivery across underwriting engagements, managing analyst workflows and quality review across all underwriting clients.
Zachary Nahas, Vice President
Zach graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economics and holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Pepperdine University. Prior to joining 3E in 2022, Zach worked at IQEQ providing compliance services and helping alternative investment advisers launch and form private funds. He oversees our sales and business development, our outsourced CFO engagements, as well as assisting with fund management operations.
Henry Jenet, Vice President
Henry graduated from Quinnipiac University with both a Bachelor of Finance and a Master of Business Administration. Prior to joining 3E in 2022, Henry worked in the Treasury Department at HedgeServ Corporation. He oversees the fund management engagements, including capital call scheduling, waterfall calculations, fund modeling, scenario analysis, and quarterly investor reporting across multiple client engagements, supporting both new fund launches and ongoing fund operations.
Andrew Golding, Senior Analyst
Andrew graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Finance and Management. Prior to joining 3E in 2023, he worked as an Associate at Maxim Group, a full-service investment bank in NYC and Miami. Andrew focuses on fund operations and asset management across all asset classes.
Ariana Wyatt, Accounting Manager
Ariana graduated from Texas State University with a BBA in Management. Prior to joining 3E in 2023, she worked at MOR Drilling handling accounting, HR, financial reporting, and reconciliation. At 3E. Ariana manages internal accounting operations.
